On Friday Grandpa Evans took us to the Wildlife World Zoo on the west side. It was about an hour from here. Very fun place though! You got to see the animals up close, even feed the giraffe's and the aquarium was fantastic. Paul went to the ASU game so he was not with us. After that we drove over to see Lisa and Richard's new house and how the remodel is coming along. Paul's truck had broken down that week (bad battery and battery cable messed up the computer board). It was at Pinnacle Nissan not too far from there and almost an hour from here. We checked and it was done so we raced over there to pick it up before closing. Got there at about a minute to six and they had already locked the doors. They took pity on me and opened back up and let me get it. Ann and David drove it home for me. That little side trip saved Paul and I at least 2 hours the next day of having to go get it.

Conveniently there was duck feed in quarter dispensers all along the water area.

Hunter feeding a giraffe. There was a small one that was not getting any food because the bigger ones would just take any intended for it. So we tricked the tall one and had Hunter feeding it while Vanessa stuck her arm out really far and fed the small one.
