Fall Break Follow-up

Our Fall Break: 2 broken chairs and 1 sore rear (Tammy), breathing treatments at the campground bathroom where the outlet was (Christopher), swimmers ear (Vanessa), broken arm at the beach (Hunter), and stingray - we think - attack (Paul). The last day of our trip was quite drama-filled. It also included a lost child of our friends. She was found after several scary minutes way down the beach looking for shells.

Hunter's cast only stayed on for 4 weeks. We were glad to get it off though so she could wash her own hair. 2 days after getting it off she got a pallet expander put on the roof of her mouth. That was rough. It hurt and made it hard to eat and swallow. She is finally getting used to it. She is also getting LZR allergy treatments to help with food, outdoor, pet, etc allergies.

Christopher playing with the legos. He loaded up the "trailers" and drove to the other room to take them camping. It was dark when they got there so they set up, ate and went to bed. The next day they played and then after the second night they packed up and drove home.

Right after we got home Christopher got a nasty virus which he shared with Hunter and Tammy. Then he got strep which he shared with everyone. Hunter ended up missing an entire week of school between the two. Thank goodness for antibiotics. Paul took Goldenseal instead since antibiotics cause him too many problems. On the last day of her antibiotics Tammy got an ear infection. What?! How does that happen? We finally all got better in time for Thanksgiving.
